We are looking for a Business Performance Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational bottlenecks.
• Develop revenue forecasts, set and track OKRs and KPIs, and evaluate long-term trends.
• Monitor business performance, ensuring alignment with targets, and track incidents impacting performance.
• Analyze marketing investments, conversion funnels, and CRM campaigns.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and operational hypothesis testing to support strategic decision-making. Support and execute strategic projects (e.g., business expansion) with data-driven insights and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Create presentations, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in business, performance, investment, product, or data analytics, with a focus on business performance and strategy.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge and experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and operations teams.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
• Education: Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field.
