Software Engineer (multiple roles) - AI Integrations & Customer-Facing Solutions - Dubai 🇦🇪

We’re partnered with a rapidly-growing, well-funded AI start-up building a brand-new team in Dubai. They’re looking for multiple talented Agent Engineers to help integrate and connect AI agent platforms with client systems, ensuring smooth deployments and practical, real-world solutions 🚀

This role is highly technical but also customer-focused: you’ll work directly with end users to solve problems quickly, design integrations, and ensure AI solutions are working effectively in live environments.

You'll be deploying multilingual AI agents to automate interactions through email, text & voice. If you have strong software engineering experience and enjoy working with APIs, connectors, and building solutions that directly impact customers, with a genuine interest in AI, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and ship integrations and APIs that connect AI agent platforms to client systems
• Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and propose practical solutions
• Translate customer needs into implementation plans and work with internal teams to deliver
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integrations in live environments
• Support technical demonstrations, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and deployment discussions

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering or related technical roles
• Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, and connectors
• Proficient in backend development (Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Golang)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and building reliable data pipelines
• Comfortable troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues for clients
• Prior experience in solution-oriented or client-facing technical roles is a plus
• Exposure to conversational AI, LLMs, or AI agent platforms is beneficial but not mandatory
• Fluency in English; Native-Arabic is a HUGE plus
