At Slayz, backed by Dinamik Yatırım, we’re on a mission to reshape the future of investing with Turkey’s next-gen financial super app. We’re looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) who can craft stunning, user-friendly designs for our mobile app and website. If you love creating seamless digital experiences and thrive on solving design challenges, we’d love to have you on board.
What You’ll Do:
• App Design: Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for our mobile app (iOS & Android) to ensure a smooth and engaging user journey. 📱
• Website Design: Design responsive, user-centric websites that reflect Slayz’s brand and support our product and marketing goals. 🌐
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate ideas and workflows to stakeholders and the development team. 🖼️
• User Research: Conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and use insights to enhance the usability and accessibility of our designs. 🔍
• Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable UI/UX design systems that ensure consistency across all touchpoints. 🔧
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to ensure designs align with user needs and business goals. 🤝
• Iterate & Improve: Continuously refine and improve designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights. 🚀
Who You Are:
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a similar role.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms. 🎨
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience designing for mobile apps and websites, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines. ⚡
• Excellent communication skills to present and explain design ideas clearly to cross-functional teams. 🗣️
Bonus Points:
• Experience in motion design or creating micro-interactions to enhance app and website experiences. 🎥
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to better collaborate with developers. 🖥️
• A passion for fintech or experience designing for financial products. 💸
