The Role:

We’re looking for a talented Android Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in native Android development. You’ll be responsible for building and improving high-performance Android apps using modern technologies like Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and MVVM architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin + Jetpack Compose
• Work closely with UI/UX, backend, and product teams to deliver smooth user experiences
• Integrate APIs, manage data with Room/DataStore, and implement offline-first flows
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code following MVVM/Clean Architecture principles
• Identify, debug, and resolve app performance issues and crashes
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and feature planning
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Android tools, libraries, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience
• Proficient in Kotlin (Java familiarity a plus)
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Hilt/Koin/Dagger, Room, Retrofit/Ktor
• Strong understanding of Android SDK, lifecycle, and Material Design
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing local storage
• Good grasp of version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
