Trading Systems Engineer (C++ / Low Latency) Mumbai or Dubai

We’re building a new trading platform from scratch, fast, stable, and built to scale.

If you like working at the system level, shaving off microseconds, and writing modern C++ that powers real trades, you’ll fit right in.

We’re a small, highly technical team creating a low-latency, event-driven trading system with direct connectivity to major exchanges NSE, BSE, MCX, CME, and Gift City.

It’s a greenfield build, not legacy maintenance, real ownership, real impact.

What you’ll do

• Build the core trading infrastructure in modern C++ (17/20)
• Design event-driven architectures to process high-throughput market data
• Develop exchange adapters for Indian and global markets
• Solve tough problems in multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning
• Profile and optimise latency across every layer of the stack

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of C++ development experience (C++11 or later)
• Strong grasp of low-latency or real-time systems
• Comfort with multithreading, memory management, and networking
• Experience or curiosity in trading systems or exchange connectivity (FIX, NSE, BSE, MCX, CME, Gift City)
• A practical, hands-on approach to debugging and optimisation

Bonus points if you have

• Familiarity with market data, order types, or trading lifecycles
• Experience with Linux systems or performance profiling tools
