Responsibilities
1. Develop localized product marketing materials with the support of the headquarters.
2. Organize product sales training for the dealer sales team.
3. Provide technical application support to dealers and customers.
4. Assist headquarters engineers in conducting on-site customer research and TCO analysis.
5. Recommend suitable products to customers and dealers.
6. Organize and plan the launch of new products.
7. Provide feedback and suggestions on product applications to the R&D department.
8. Research and analyze competitors' products.
9. Collect industry-related legislation and certification information.
10. Submit quarterly reports to the management and sales team, including industry trends, competitive dynamics, import customs data analysis, etc.
11. Research and submit reports on mining, agriculture, and road working conditions, and propose relevant product strategies.
12. Participate in headquarters training programs.
13. Complete temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or machinery-related majors; 5-10 years of experience in product R&D, manufacturing, or marketing.
2. Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as strong presentation and speaking skills.
3. Master construction machinery product knowledge, basic working condition application knowledge, market research, forecasting, pricing, customer relationship, and other marketing management knowledge; understand the competitive pattern and development trends of the construction machinery industry.
4. Understand basic finance, production management, product R&D-related knowledge, and laws and regulations.
5. CET-6 or above, with good foreign language listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
6. Proficient in using office software such as WORD, EXCEL, and POWER POINT.
7. Certain industry and market analysis capabilities, market sensitivity, and analytical judgment capabilities.
8. Familiar with the product technology and market development trends of the construction machinery industry; able to provide clear and accurate market research reports; have good writing, data analysis, and statistics capabilities.
9. Certain organizational capabilities, interpersonal skills, and good communication and presentation skills.
10. Candidates with R&D background, industry application experience, project management experience, overseas work experience, or marketing planning experience are preferred.
