About the Job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding: Recruiting new employees, reviewing resumes, and onboarding new hires.
- Compensation and benefits: Administering payroll and benefits programs.
- Employee relations: Resolving employee complaints, mediating disputes, and fostering positive relations.
- Performance management: Assisting with performance reviews and managing employee performance.
- Policy and compliance: Ensuring company policies are enforced and that the organization complies with all federal and local labor laws.
- HR administration: Maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and preparing reports.
- Training: Providing training and orientation to employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
