Requirements:

• 5 + years IT project management, with proven experience in the Insurance domain
• Knowledge of insurance processes: quotations, policies, claims
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall; tools like Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps
• PMP or CSM certification preferred
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
