Job Descriptions:


Delivery Management Deliverables

  • Delivery Plan & Timeline – Comprehensive project plan outlining milestones, dependencies, and delivery phases across business, data, and technical streams.
  • Resource Allocation Matrix – Detailed mapping of internal and external resources, including roles, responsibilities, and effort estimation per deliverable.
  • Use Case Implementation Tracker – Centralized dashboard capturing development status, testing progress, risks, and dependencies for all AI use cases under execution.
  • Issue & Risk Register – Continuous log of delivery blockers, risk assessments, mitigation actions, and ownership accountability.
  • Change Request Log – Controlled documentation of scope adjustments, change impacts, and approval records.
  • Vendor Coordination Reports – Regular summaries of third-party activities, deliverable alignment, and performance against SLAs.
  • Progress Reports & Status Dashboards – Weekly or bi-weekly reports summarizing delivery progress, KPI achievement, and upcoming priorities.
  • Post-Implementation Review – Evaluation of delivery performance, lessons learned, and improvement recommendations for future AI use case rollouts.
