Product Manager – TrippLite / CPDI Product Lines

Key Responsibilities

Own P&L performance for assigned product lines.

Develop business plans including market analysis, segmentation, trends, and growth strategies.

Manage product lifecycle — from roadmap development to pricing, promotion, and launch.

Define product positioning and go-to-market strategies in alignment with corporate objectives.

Lead marketing communications and ensure consistent brand positioning.

Support sales teams with product training, tools, and strategic guidance.

Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance) to drive product and business success.

Supervise and develop team members to achieve departmental and business unit objectives.

Required Qualifications

University degree or college diploma from an accredited institution.

5+ years of related experience in sales, marketing, product management, or project management.

Must reside within 80 km of Toronto, ON (no relocation provided).

Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.

Position Criteria

Strong understanding of industrial and commercial power systems — UPS, PDUs, racks, and cooling solutions.

Proven ability to develop product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.

Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.

Highly motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications

P.Eng., CET, or C.Tech designation.

Technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

MBA from an accredited institution (asset).

Bilingual in English and French preferred.
