What you'll be doing:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Engineer with a focus on Zscaler technologies to join our cybersecurity team. As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and enforcing security policies, managing access controls, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Your expertise in Zscaler will be pivotal in protecting our network and data from cyber threats, while facilitating a secure yet flexible remote access environment for our workforce.

  • Develop and maintain a collaborative environment across Cyber & IT teams to foster a community of practice in ZScaler security solutions.
  • Promote and drive positive change by highlighting the business benefits of robust security practices with a focus on risk reduction.
  • Make informed, sometimes challenging decisions that prioritize security while sustaining positive engagement with the team.
  • Effectively manage and influence senior stakeholders to integrate security as a fundamental component of the business strategy.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail by converting complex security data into actionable insights with clear plans to address any gaps.
  • Navigate uncertainty and adapt to change with the capability to self-manage priorities and workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit a flexible and understanding approach, adapting to a diverse range of colleagues, systems, and processes in a multifaceted and international business context.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, to ensure clear and effective communication across global teams.


    • Requirements:
  • Experience of working with ZTNA
  • Experience with ZScaler's suite of security tools, particularly its ZIA and ZPA solutions
  • Experience of Network Security
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience with ZScaler Internet Access (ZIA) and ZScaler Private Access (ZPA), demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of cloud and network security principles.
  • This role involves deploying, configuring, and maintaining ZScaler solutions to ensure secure internet access and private application access across our organization.
  • You will collaborate closely with IT and other cybersecurity team members to integrate ZScaler's services into our broader security architecture, troubleshoot connectivity and policy enforcement issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our security posture.
  • This role requires a proactive approach to cybersecurity, with a commitment to staying abreast of the latest threats and technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position.
  • Nice to Have:
  • ZScaler certifications (ZTCA or ZDTA).
  • Network security credentials such as CompTIA Security+ or CCNA Security
