Role Description:

• We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with strong expertise in design systems and front-end development.

• In this role, you will design and maintain scalable design systems, deliver user-centered solutions, and contribute production-quality code that bridges design and engineering.

Required Skill Sets:

• Lead the evolution and governance of our design system.

• Create user-centered designs that are consistent, accessible, and scalable.

• Develop and maintain reusable UI components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design fidelity.

• Conduct training sessions and advocate for best practices.

• Good years of experience in UX/UI design, with work on design systems at scale.

• Strong coding skills in React and Web Components.

• Proficiency in Figma and version control tools.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Agile methodology.

Desired Skill Sets:

• Experience with design tokens, theming, or automation.

• Exposure to front-end performance optimization and testing.

• GitHub copilot/ AI tools knowledge.
