Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Strategist & Growth Hacker, located in Toronto, ON with some flexibility for work from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing growth tactics, and driving user acquisition. Additional daily tasks include collaborating with various teams to support marketing operations, leading token generation events, and enhancing brand presence in the Web3 space.

POSITION SUMMARY

Multichain Advisors Inc. (MCA) is looking for a Growth Hacker & Marketing Strategist to drive our company and our clients to the forefront of the Web3 ecosystem. This is not a conventional marketing role, it is a blend of Creative Leadership, Ecosystem Building, and Engagement Strategy, someone who knows how to design and execute growth systems, engineer campaigns that capture massive attention, and scale communities in an industry defined by speed and constant change.

You’ll lead high-impact campaigns across major platforms (X, Discord, Telegram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and Web3-native ecosystems), forge influential relationships with KOLs and communities, and craft strategies that convert attention into action. Working directly with founders, protocols, ecosystem partners and DAOs, you’ll build narratives, drive user acquisition, and establish MCA as a category leader in Web3 growth. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Turn campaigns into viral, culture-shaping movements across X, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Web3-native platforms.
• Be a subject matter expert when it comes to everything marketing, content strategies & GTM, providing recommendations & direction to our clients including executives.
• Design and execute high-impact, multi-channel growth strategies that capture attention, drive engagement, and accelerate adoption across diverse ecosystems.
• Develop conversion-driven funnels, growth loops, and activation strategies that deliver measurable results and maximize ROI.
• Lead content creation efforts, including blogs, newsletters, Twitter threads, web copy, and thought leadership pieces, ensuring MCA and its clients remain industry thought leaders.
• Stay ahead of the curve by breaking algorithms, spotting trends early, and shaping narratives, we don’t just follow hype; we set it.
• Utilize data-driven insights to measure performance, iterate rapidly, and scale what works, turning analytics into actionable growth strategies.
• Collaborate closely with founders, ecosystem partners, exchanges, and top-tier Web3 projects to elevate MCA’s brand and strengthen industry leadership.
• Implement SEO, ASO, AIO, and Web3-native content strategies to boost visibility across decentralized search engines and aggregators.
• Manage paid media campaigns across Google, X, Reddit, Meta, and Web3-native ad platforms, optimizing CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and maximizing LTV (Lifetime Value).
• Conduct competitive analysis on emerging Web3 projects, platforms, and communities to identify new opportunities for MCA and its clients.
• Experiment with AI-driven creative and marketing tools, analytics dashboards, and blockchain data tracking to unlock deeper insights into community behaviors and market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is required.
• 3-5+ years of marketing & growth hacking experience.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in the Web3 ecosystem or equivalent knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of Web3, Blockchain Technologies, DeFi, DePin, RWAs & Token Generation Events (TGEs).
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, and User Acquisition.
• Proven success in growing online audiences, activating social channels, and launching full-stack campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and content strategy skills with a portfolio that reflects tone-appropriate, community-aligned messaging.
• Expertise with visual content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator), AI creative tools (e.g., Kling, Runway, MidJourney), and beginner motion graphics platforms (e.g., CapCut and AfterFX).
• Metrics-driven with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Notion dashboards or other analytical tools.
• Startup mentality, ability to take on many different hats & responsibilities, with an eagerness to learn.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication & ability to think outside the box.
