AI Developer - Azure OpenAI | 5-month Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize chatbot applications using Azure OpenAI GPT models and related frameworks.
• Develop, test, and refine prompt engineering and few-shot learning strategies to improve response accuracy, coherence, and context retention.
• Implement and fine-tune RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using LangChain and Azure Cognitive Search.
• Integrate AI models with Azure services (e.g., Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and Function Apps) for production-grade deployments.
• Conduct A/B testing, model performance analysis, and user feedback evaluation to enhance chatbot quality and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Manage versioning, deployment, and monitoring of AI models using Azure ML or similar MLOps frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or AI engineering, with at least 3 years in LLM-based applications.
• Proven expertise in Python, LangChain, and Azure OpenAI ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying chatbots and RAG pipelines in production.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience in performance tuning, prompt optimization, and model evaluation metrics.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and MLOps practices on Azure.
