💼 Role: AI Developer – Prompt Engineering & Chatbot Optimization (Azure OpenAI)
Key Skills Required
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly Azure OpenAI (GPT models) and related ecosystems.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and context optimization to enhance chatbot performance for defined use cases.
- Proficiency in Python, LangChain, and integration of LLMs with Azure services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Machine Learning).
- Experience in designing and evaluating RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring and optimizing chatbot accuracy, coherence, and latency through A/B testing and user feedback loops.
- Familiarity with versioning and deployment of models via Azure Machine Learning or similar frameworks.
- Bonus: Knowledge of multi-language LLM tuning and translation consistency evaluation.
