Key Responsibilities

• Identify and gather data from relevant sources, automating collection processes where possible.
• Process and analyze both structured and unstructured data to uncover trends and patterns.
• Develop predictive models and implement machine learning algorithms.
• Present insights using effective data visualization techniques.
• Propose data-driven solutions and strategies to business challenges.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, ideally using agile software development practices.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data science.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and other Generative AI techniques.
• Strong understanding of applied statistics and machine learning (supervised and unsupervised).
• Proficient in Python, R, Power BI, Scala and/or SQL, with experience using Jupyter notebooks.
• Proven ability to evaluate and apply statistical models, including machine learning, optimization, and neural networks.
• Passionate about transforming business processes, particularly within the Financial Services sector (Banking & Insurance).
