What The Role Is

You develop and review the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF)'s manpower establishment policies, procedures and planning norms/ratios to ensure synergy with the RSAF's overall strategy while developing strategies to digitalise and optimise work processes and scanning for potential technology-enabled solutions to improve productivity and work effectiveness.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Develop and review manpower establishment policies, procedures and planning norms/ratios
  • Develop strategies to digitalise and optimise work processes
  • Scan for potential technology-enabled solutions such as Data Analytics to improve productivity and work effectiveness
  • Supervise and manage team of senior managers and executives
  • Organise annual RSAF Workplan Presentation Seminar as part of organising team

What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Human Resource, Mathematics, Data Science or a related field
  • At least 6 years of work experience in Human Resource and management positions is advantageous
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills such as formulas/macros being preferred
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, proactive individual who takes ownership to resolve problems
