Rust Engineer – Distributed Systems / Trading / Crypto – NYC - $200-350k

We’re currently working with an incredibly exciting business based in New York, as they look to scale their team with a number of experienced Rust Engineers.

The team is currently five backend engineers & one frontend – all working on the core platform, which is designed to bring together multiple trading solutions into one place. Users can trade across multiple platforms from one centralized frontend.

They’re on a huge growth trajectory at the moment & raised a huge round earlier this year, which has given them 5+ years of runway immediately.

The Role

They need Rust experts – simple as that. They’re hiring across multiple levels, so years of experience isn’t a dealbreaker here. What you do need is a background working on low latency systems / distributed systems within trading, crypto or high-level streaming.

Because of their involvement within crypto trading, you’ll need either experience in that space or at least a strong interest in it.

The Package

The company work onsite in NYC. If you’re more into remote positions, this won’t be the one for you. Relocation will be considered though!

Dependent on experience, they are offering a base between $200,000 - $350,000 + tokens.
