Zenon are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a very well-established VVIP Operator based in the Middle East for a Senior CAMO Manager on a permanent basis.
The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and sustain a robust Reliability Program to ensure the highest levels of fleet reliability, availability, and performance.
- Contribute to the Technical Department’s strategic planning by forecasting and allocating resources to support fleet expansion while mitigating risks within the department’s scope of responsibility.
- Establish, document, and maintain procedures that ensure continuous compliance with all applicable aviation regulatory and airworthiness requirements.
- Develop and enforce technical policies and procedures that guarantee operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, safety, and full adherence to industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Build and lead an effective maintenance organization capable of managing aircraft reliability and maintenance activities in accordance with approved maintenance programs and manufacturer requirements.
- Define and execute departmental strategies to optimize manpower, tooling, and equipment utilization, minimizing operational disruptions and maintenance-related costs.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate industry best practices to enhance reliability systems, maintenance processes, and organizational performance, ensuring ongoing operational excellence.
- Hold a relevant College or University qualification to min of bachelor’s level in an aircraft/aerospace related subject.
- Minimum Ten (10) years relevant experience.
- Executive Management job-related experience required.
- Experience performing engineering and/or maintenance planning activities, preferably in a corporate, regional or charter aircraft environment.
- Management within an EASA regulatory environment. Experience with corporate turbine/complex aircraft in an EASA regulatory environment.
