We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Native & Node.js Developer to join our team and lead the technical evolution of our launched product (v1). You will take ownership of maintaining and enhancing the existing mobile application and backend architecture while developing innovative new features.

• Continue end-to-end development of the existing Shift app (version 1).
• Design, implement, and optimize new features in collaboration with product and design teams.
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and scalability issues.
• Maintain server-side logic and update backend infrastructure.
• Ensure smooth deployments with strong ownership of delivery quality.
• Participate in technical planning and product enhancement initiatives.
  

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in mobile and backend development.
• Strong proficiency in React Native for mobile application development.
• Expertise in Node.js backend development.
• Experience with frameworks such as Express.js.
• Strong knowledge of databases such as MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Firebase, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Solid understanding of clean architecture, scalability, security, and performance best practices.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in agile product teams.
