Head of IT Architecture & Strategy

We’re looking for an experienced technology leader to shape and deliver the next chapter of our IT evolution. As Head of IT Architecture & Strategy, you’ll define the technology vision, roadmap, and architecture that enable the organization to scale, innovate, and stay ahead in a rapidly changing digital landscape.

This is a strategic leadership role — ideal for someone with deep enterprise architecture expertise, a passion for digital transformation, and the ability to translate complex technology into business value.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the vision: Define and drive the organization’s enterprise technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory expectations.
  • Shape the roadmap: Assess the current landscape, design the future-state architecture, and create actionable plans to deliver modernization and transformation.
  • Lead modernization: Champion cloud adoption, API-first development, and data-driven decision-making to enhance agility and scalability.
  • Establish governance: Define and enforce architecture principles, standards, and frameworks that guide technology decisions across all teams.
  • Drive innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create competitive advantage through smart adoption of AI, automation, and other advanced capabilities.
  • Ensure resilience: Strengthen security, compliance, and operational stability across platforms and services.
  • Lead & inspire: Mentor a small team of technical specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or technology leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in digital transformation and modernization initiatives across complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data architecture, cybersecurity, and integration frameworks.
  • Knowledge of architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or Zachman.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills — able to bridge technical depth with business priorities.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
