Senior BI Analyst

We are seeking a knowledgeable and meticulous Senior BI Analyst to join our team.

In this position, you will play an important role in the migration from Palantir to GCP, examining current systems, crafting effective data models, mapping data sources to targets, and ensuring a smooth transition of data

Responsibilities

• Assess current data frameworks and business processes in Palantir
• Develop, modify, and maintain canonical data models
• Construct clear mappings between source systems and target data models, as well as from models to data consumers like Oracle datamarts
• Supervise the migration process to uphold data accuracy, completeness, and reliability
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for data model development
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for data models, mapping strategies, and migration workflows
• Assist with reporting, analytics, and verification of migrated data

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis
• Thorough understanding of canonical data models and mapping processes, with practical expertise
• Proven experience in managing data migration initiatives
• Ability to evaluate complex data structures and create integration solutions
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication and documentation abilities
• English fluency at B2+ level or above, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Background in banking or financial services
• Experience working with GCP, Palantir, and Oracle platforms
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices
