Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in VR development
We are looking for an experienced VR Game Developer with a strong background in developing walkthrough and simulation-based VR experiences. The role requires hands-on expertise in creating immersive, high-quality, and performance-optimized applications for leading VR platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end VR development, from design to deployment, collaborating closely with artists, designers, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of realistic and interactive VR simulations using Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Create and integrate advanced VR interactions, physics, and user experiences.
- Collaborate with 3D artists, sound engineers, and UX teams to deliver immersive and visually compelling content.
- Optimize VR applications for smooth performance across devices such as Meta Quest, HTC Vive, and Pico.
- Implement controller, gesture, and spatial interaction systems.
- Manage integration of assets, animations, and sound effects into the VR environment.
- Conduct continuous testing and debugging to ensure stability and usability.
- Stay current with the latest VR SDKs, hardware updates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in VR game or simulation development.
- Proficiency in Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints) with a proven VR project portfolio.
- Deep understanding of VR SDKs (Oculus SDK, OpenXR, SteamVR, etc.).
- Experience with real-time rendering, physics, lighting, and optimization for VR.
- Familiarity with spatial audio, interaction design, and VR UI/UX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git, Plastic SCM, etc.).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in training, industrial, educational, or medical simulations.
- Understanding of 3D modeling tools (Blender) for asset integration.
