Experienced Analyst – Investment Banking, Digital Infrastructure (London)
Location: London
Guggenheim Partners (“Guggenheim”)
Position Summary
Guggenheim Securities (“GS”) is seeking an exceptional Analyst to join its Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking group based in London.
Our London-based Digital Infrastructure team is an integral part of GS’ global TMT franchise and leads the coverage and execution of transactions for TMT companies across Europe. The group advises clients on a broad range of financial and strategic matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity/equity-linked and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and private capital raises.

In a client services business like ours, our people are the product, the service, and the offering. We invest heavily in professional development through best-in-class Investment Banking training—both formal and on-the-job—to build your professional toolkit across M&A process management, financial modelling, data analysis, commercial judgement, presentation skills, professional communication (verbal, written and virtual), negotiations, and more.
We are looking for ambitious, intellectually curious individuals with a strong work ethic who can excel in an unstructured environment where initiative, creativity, maturity, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued. The role is suited to candidates with a desire to build a long-term career in investment banking with a view to earning a promotion to Associate at the culmination of their Analyst program.

- Commitment to meet the demands of high volume and high-end client services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
