Product Manager - B2B SaaS Technology

Location: Remote (2 days per month near Basingstoke)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE)

Position Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will own product direction and delivery. Acting as the 'voice of the user', you'll define a clear product vision aligned with business goals, translating customer challenges into an actionable roadmap.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision and roadmap
  • Conduct user research and data analysis
  • Lead product discovery
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams
  • Write user stories and define acceptance criteria
  • Manage and prioritise product backlog
  • Monitor product performance
  • Communicate plans to stakeholders


Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years Product Management in B2B SaaS
  • End-to-end product management experience
  • Strong Agile methodology understanding
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Cross-functional team collaboration
  • Analytical mindset
  • User research expertise
