We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join a Human Resources team within a leading Investment Bank. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your HR career in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, supporting the full employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer end-to-end payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate the employee life cycle, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Support recruitment through candidate screening, interview coordination, and liaison with hiring managers.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries via the HR mailbox, providing timely advice and support.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports on metrics such as turnover, engagement, and key risk indicators.
- Partner with managers and Compliance to conduct regulated employee checks and maintain audit readiness.
About You:
- 1–3 years’ experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role, ideally in financial or professional services.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, service-focused mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (Workday, SAP, or similar).
- CIPD Level 3 (or studying towards) preferred.
