Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, you will work on projects at our construction sites alongside our Commissioning Manager, Project Manager, and other team members.

  • Ensuring the project adheres to relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for international business projects
  • Communicate with line manager and team members to ensure project goals are met
  • Overseeing the technical aspects of the project, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Monitor and report project progress to project manager
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and best


Qualification and Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project management or project engineering, preferably within the energy industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with document or task management tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong adaptability and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural work environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within Europe and internationally as required.
