Bondi Beach Babes is one of Sydney’s fastest-growing women’s lifestyle and community brands, connecting 25,000+ members across our Facebook group, 13,000+ Instagram followers, 12,000+ email subscribers, Insta 500k reach and hundreds of active WhatsApp communities.

We host sold-out events, run clubs, beach dips, wellness festivals, boat parties, and have built strong partnerships with over 200+ local businesses through our BBB VIP platform a growing online directory offering exclusive discounts and perks for our community.

 Our Goal

We’re building the Bondi Beach Babes VIP App transforming our current website into a sleek, all-in-one mobile experience that connects women with local experiences, exclusive offers, and community events.

The app will serve as a digital hub for:

•  VIP memberships and digital cards
•  Business listings and location-based perks
•  Event listings, ticketing, and RSVP tools
•  Community interaction (chat, meet-ups, discovery)
•  Push notifications and surprise perks

 What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a technical co-founder / full software developer to join the team and lead the development of the BBB VIP App (Stage 1-3) building our web platform into a native iOS & Android application.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading product development from MVP to launch
• Building and maintaining the app architecture (frontend + backend)
• Integrating membership & payment systems
• Collaborating with our marketing and community team for ongoing feedback
• Scaling the platform to handle rapid growth

 Compensation

This is a sweat-equity role meaning you’ll be rewarded through ownership in the BBB VIP App entity, not cash salary. The equity structure is milestone-based.
