Our ERP Design & Implementation team provides internal solution consulting to help our business understand its needs and works with our CTG teams to determine how the business requirements can be met within our SAP and ICS framework. The team manages internal projects within KPMG from initial design discussions, through to requirement and process definition, testing, implementation and change management. The team is a group of highly skilled Business Analysts that provide Subject Matter Expertise and act as the conduit between the business and our technology teams.
Your Opportunity
As a Junior Business Analyst in the Finance ERP Design & Implementation team, working on process improvement projects and the associated system changes, together with supporting the Senior Manager with key BAU tasks, as well as
- Analysing and drafting business requirements relating to relevant applications and business procedures, in consultation with the business and team members ensuring requirements are fully identified.
- Drafting of system support documentation including Quick Reference Guides, business procedures and other reference materials to support process and system changes for review and sign off by direct manager.
- Acting as key resource in system change/upgrade and related LEAP projects as nominated by direct manager including but not limited to executing UAT and BVT scenarios.
- Preparation and delivery of training as required to internal support teams or key business users
- Drafting communications required to support process and system changes for review and sign off by direct manager.

- Business Analysis - One of the key deliverables of this role is the on-going improvements to business processes, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail in understanding, articulating and documenting business requirements.

- Accounting - Understands the impacts of systems processes and accounting practices
- Verbal and written communication - The key deliverable of the role is to understand business issues, document requirements and communicate solutions. This includes drafting of documentation and delivery of presentations to internal stakeholders.
