Site Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and system resource issues (CPU, memory, disk, network).

Implement and manage observability tools such as Dynatrace, Elasticsearch/Kibana, and AWS CloudWatch.

Create and maintain application-level dashboards to visualize performance metrics - Latency, Saturation, Traffic and Errors

Apply SRE Principles to maintain High availability system

Montor Error Rate on each service

Knowledge on Application E2E Architecture

Drive automation to reduce manual toil and improve system reliability.

Integrate alerting workflows with PagerDuty for proactive incident response.

Perform blameless postmortems to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize performance and ensure high availability.

Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines using DevOps best practices.

Contribute to AWS infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance.

Ensure seamless CloudWatch integration with PagerDuty for real-time alerting.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong troubleshooting skills at the infrastructure/system level.

Experience with Dynatrace, Elasticsearch/Kibana, and AWS CloudWatch.

Solid understanding of SRE principles and incident management practices.

Hands-on experience with PagerDuty alerting and escalation workflows.

Proficiency in AWS services and infrastructure management.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and tooling.

Experience conducting blameless postmortems and driving reliability improvements.
