Responsibilities:

• Define and enhance hardware/software operational requirements.
• Build and improve automation for monitoring, diagnostics, self-healing, and reporting.
• Develop tools and CI/CD processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Monitor system health, optimize performance, and support rapid infrastructure scaling.
• Participate in production readiness testing and new hardware evaluations.
• Be part of the on-call rotation for incident resolution.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years’ experience in Linux/Unix administration & troubleshooting across network → OS → apps.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience managing cloud environments and supporting production systems.
