About the Role

You will be responsible for providing Level 2–3 operational support, troubleshooting, and optimisation across an enterprise network environment. The position involves hands-on work with Cisco infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and security across complex networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for Cisco-based routing, switching, wireless, and firewall environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and implement configuration changes to optimise network performance.
• Support enterprise deployments across SD-WAN, wireless, and security technologies.
• Maintain and administer Cisco Catalyst Centre (DNAC) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
• Collaborate with senior network engineers on infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
