Network Support Engineer

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer to join its high-performing team in Sydney. This organisation delivers end-to-end network, cloud, and security solutions for enterprise clients and offers the opportunity to work with some of the most advanced Cisco technologies in the market.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing Level 2–3 operational support, troubleshooting, and optimisation across an enterprise network environment. The position involves hands-on work with Cisco infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and security across complex networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for Cisco-based routing, switching, wireless, and firewall environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and implement configuration changes to optimise network performance.
• Support enterprise deployments across SD-WAN, wireless, and security technologies.
• Maintain and administer Cisco Catalyst Centre (DNAC) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
• Collaborate with senior network engineers on infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
