CREATIVE DESIGNER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Creative Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a rapidly growing leader in online training and live training across a wide range of industries and professions. The company provides customers with the regulated training they need to get and keep the jobs they want. Over the years, they have continued to grow our expansive library of regulatory-approved training courses with new content suited for today’s modern workforce. By offering these courses online, all users experience the convenience and flexibility of earning their certifications in their own time, from anywhere in the world.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Figma (creating components, maintaining files, setting up for developers).

Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

Knowledge of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.

Experience in designing E-commerce websites.

Ability to brainstorm and come up with creative solutions for UI issues.

Understanding of HTML/CSS.

Knowledge of Jira Cloud.

Ability to present and justify design decisions.

Strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork

Strong organization skills

Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback

Ability to maintain workload, meet deadlines, and communicate blockers.

Self-driven with the initiative to identify and address potential issues.

Nice to have

Experience with Asana.

Responsibilities

Help re-design the website and provide developers with Adobe XD and Figma prototypes.
