This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in Latin America.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for innovative financial products in the digital and cryptocurrency space. You will lead end-to-end design processes, transforming complex concepts into intuitive, user-friendly solutions while balancing business goals and technical constraints. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data analysts, to create seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will leverage research, data, and design systems to drive strategic design decisions, mentor junior designers, and contribute to a culture of innovation. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and handoff to engineering
  • Translate complex financial and digital concepts into clear, simple, and engaging product experiences
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define product requirements, roadmaps, and strategy
  • Drive alignment and discussions across teams, effectively managing feedback from multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems, including components, tokens, and documentation
  • Mentor junior designers and advocate for design best practices across the organization


Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating a data-driven approach to solving business problems
  • Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping; experience integrating AI tools into design workflows is a plus
  • Deep expertise in design systems, including components, tokens, and design documentation
  • Ability to balance user-centered design, business objectives, and technical constraints
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience translating research insights and metrics into actionable design solutions
  • Familiarity with both web and mobile platforms, including UX best practices for multi-platform products
  • Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder relationships and driving strategic design conversations
