As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex digital and e-commerce transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage digital and web development projects, translating client objectives into clear roadmaps, project plans, and deliverables
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across product, design, development, and QA to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings to align teams and define priorities
- Apply agile, hybrid-agile, or other project management methodologies to optimize workflows and delivery efficiency
- Track project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication and issue resolution
- Continuously monitor team morale and foster a collaborative, one-team mindset
- 5+ years of experience leading teams delivering end-to-end digital solutions in an agency, consultancy, or product organization
- Proven track record managing large-scale web or e-commerce projects for global brands
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with technical concepts and tools such as AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and platform integrations
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Suite)
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience with headless commerce platforms, enterprise-level projects, certifications like Agile or Scrum Master, and a proactive, servant-leadership mindset
