Senior Project Manager (Remote - Latam)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex digital and e-commerce transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, translating client objectives into actionable plans, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on coordination, providing opportunities to influence product, design, and engineering decisions. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values innovation, servant leadership, and continuous improvement. Engaging with multiple stakeholders across diverse projects, you will help drive digital excellence while fostering team growth and maintaining client satisfaction. Remote work flexibility allows you to operate from anywhere in Latin America while aligning with PT or ET time zones.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage digital and web development projects, translating client objectives into clear roadmaps, project plans, and deliverables
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across product, design, development, and QA to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings to align teams and define priorities
• Apply agile, hybrid-agile, or other project management methodologies to optimize workflows and delivery efficiency
• Track project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication and issue resolution
• Continuously monitor team morale and foster a collaborative, one-team mindset
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading teams delivering end-to-end digital solutions in an agency, consultancy, or product organization
• Proven track record managing large-scale web or e-commerce projects for global brands
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with technical concepts and tools such as AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and platform integrations
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Suite)
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience with headless commerce platforms, enterprise-level projects, certifications like Agile or Scrum Master, and a proactive, servant-leadership mindset
