As a Technical Support Engineer, you will act as a key liaison between developers and the platform, helping solve complex technical challenges and enhancing the overall user experience. You will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot SDKs, APIs, and other software components while providing timely, high-quality support to customers. Accountabilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound technical support requests, providing guidance on setup, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Triage, reproduce, and report product bugs, escalating issues to engineering when needed
- Collaborate with developers to investigate customer-reported issues and provide effective resolutions
- Become a product expert across the platform and SDKs
- Maintain and contribute to internal documentation, technical guides, and demo materials
- Curate customer feedback through community channels and open-source repositories
- Support team-wide initiatives, including process improvements and knowledge-sharing efforts
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, developer relations, or a customer-facing engineering role
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript; experience with Ruby, PHP, or similar languages is a plus
- Solid understanding of modern software development workflows, including CI/CD, APIs, and microservices
- Experience with performance monitoring, observability, or error-tracking platforms
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
