DevOps Engineer

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Strong development profile with cloud infrastructure knowledge
• At least 5 years of experience in Java and/or Go
• Experience with containers and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Experience with certificate management tools: OAuth2, Vault
• Experience with DevOps and automation tools: GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform
• Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Proficiency in CI/CD processes and best practices
• Strong experience working in Agile environments

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Service Mesh experience on Kubernetes
• Trunk-based development experience
• GitOps practices knowledge
• Familiarity with AI/LLMs (Large Language Models) concepts
• Knowledge of the banking or insurance sector
• Experience working in large IT organizations
