We’re looking for a Generative AI Developer to help us design, build, and deploy AI solutions that automate visual and design processes. The ideal candidate will develop and test GenAI pipelines, fine-tune image generation models, and collaborate with our clients to turn creative workflows into smart, automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune image generation models (e.g. Flux, Stable Diffusion, SDXL, DALL·E, etc.
• Develop and test AI pipelines that create editable, layered visual assets (PSD/AI/PDF)
• Implement ControlNet, LoRA, and other model-control methods for precision layouts
• Troubleshoot and optimize GenAI systems in production environments
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and data experts to deliver scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software or AI development experience
• Strong Python skills (e.g., diffusers, OpenCV, PIL, FastAPI)
• Hands-on experience with diffusion models and fine-tuning techniques
• Experience with diffusion models, fine-tuning, or model training (e.g. LoRA, Dreambooth)
• Understanding of 2D/3D layouts, visual composition, or design automation
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Portfolio demonstrating GenAI projects and results
