AI Software Engineer - Helsinki, remote - start-up
We're working with a fast-paced tech startup that's developing a next-generation AI agent platform aimed at transforming how enterprises manage and automate their workflows. They’re currently hiring a Full Stack Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping the product, essentially acting as the CTO’s right-hand collaborator. It’s a high-impact position with plenty of room to influence both technology and strategy.
Tech Stack Includes:
Python, C#, Node.js, React, and Graph API.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and test prototypes for AI-powered solutions that improve enterprise efficiency.
- Develop integrations with systems like ERP, CRM, and document management tools.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines while embedding DevSecOps best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the technical leadership on product architecture and infrastructure.
What They’re Looking For:
- Solid full stack development experience across Python, C#, Node.js, and React.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design.
- An AI-first mindset, someone who naturally incorporates AI tools into their daily workflow.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, but others are welcome).
- Familiarity with enterprise APIs and integration work.
- A bold, experimental approach to problem-solving, with a passion for automation and UX.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
