Business Analyst – Digital Banking Solutions
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our strategic client engagements in the banking sector, focusing on digital channels.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and our delivery teams — ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into features and effective digital solutions that enhance customer experience.
The location of this role is Helsinki, but we operate in a flexible hybrid model. Our diverse teams decide for themselves which flexible working practices suit them best.

Business Analyst – Digital Banking Solutions
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our strategic client engagements in the banking sector, focusing on digital channels.

Your role
As a Business Analyst specializing in digital banking, you will:
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for our products and services.
- Work with product owners, designers, and technical teams to define business processes, user journeys, and functional specifications across multiple digital channels (web, mobile, payments, etc.).
- Translate complex business needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile delivery frameworks.
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination to ensure smooth delivery of new features and enhancements.
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for new initiatives or system changes.
- Analyze customer feedback, performance data, and market trends to propose continuous improvements in digital products and user experience.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with security, regulatory, and accessibility standards within the financial industry.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally within banking or other financial services.
- Proven experience working on digital banking channels (such as mobile apps, online banking platforms, or customer portals).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira.
- Ability to create and maintain business process models, use cases, requirements documentation, and user stories.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to interface confidently with both business and technical audiences.
- Fluency in Finnish and English, spoken and written.
