Job Description:

Support senior bankers in the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other financial advisory transactions.

Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation modeling, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.

Prepare pitch books, presentations, and client materials to support business development efforts.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, due diligence, and transaction documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project tasks.

Monitor market trends, industry developments, and financial data to support investment recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Previous internship or work experience in investment banking, finance, or consulting is preferred.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
