Data Analyst - Workday certified

Data Analyst – 11-Month Contract | Hybrid (Dublin)

If you’re an experienced Workday-certified Data Analyst ready to make an impact in a global technology environment — this is a contract that puts your expertise at the centre of business transformation.

We’re looking for someone who holds at least one of the following Workday Pro Certifications (essential):

• Workday Pro Financial Reporting Services
• Workday Pro Prism Analytics Services

Without these certifications, candidates unfortunately cannot be considered.

As part of the finance analytics team, you’ll collaborate with accounting and business stakeholders to design reporting solutions, automate processes, and drive insights that help achieve faster, smarter financial close cycles.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into efficient, data-driven reporting solutions.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements through analytics.
• Build and refine reports and dashboards using Workday’s reporting and analytics framework.
• Partner cross-functionally to communicate insights and support decision-making.
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and rollout of new tools and processes.

You’ll need to show:

• Workday Pro Financial Reporting Services and/or Workday Pro Prism Analytics Services Certification (essential)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability in business requirements gathering and data storytelling
• Experience identifying and improving process efficiency
• Agile/Scrum familiarity and strong interpersonal collaboration

Nice to have:

• Background in ERP Financial Systems
• Experience managing relational data
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R
• Business Analyst experience

Contract: 11 months

Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 50% office / 50% home)
