Your new role

As a Network Engineer specializing in SD-WAN development, you will play a crucial role in our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing R&D for business growth.
• Designing networks for BAU operations.
• Supporting SD-WAN and Security products for the sales and products teams.
• Developing technical design documentation (HLD, LLD, Network Drawings, Test Plans & Test Reports).
• Offering internal training when requested by the business.
• Providing tier-3 support to the operational team.
• Supporting design solutions for Customer Engineering.
• Ensuring safety and wellbeing at work, both for yourself and others.
• Continuously seeking ways to improve our work processes and exceed customer expectations.
• Planning your work to take advantage of opportunities and manage risks in our ever-changing industry.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Industry certification (or equivalent) to the level of CCNP.
• Proven experience in an operational role & SD-WAN Networking in an ISP envrionment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing the delivery of network projects.
• Essential skills in OSPF, BGP, FRR, BFD, LDP, RSVP, QoS, VLL, and VPLS.
• Essential experience with Cisco.
• Proven experience in SD-WAN (Meraki, Fortinet, or equivalent).
• Proven troubleshooting skills for network-related faults.
• Proven Cloud experience (Azure/AWS).
