Visual Designer Role and Responsibilities:

This role will see the successful candidate help shape the future of digital experiences by crafting stunning interfaces, presentations, and design assets that elevate our products and storytelling.

If you have a sharp eye for detail, live in Figma, and thrive on transforming complex ideas into simple, beautiful designs, get in touch.


What’s involved:

  • Create world-class visual designs
  • Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to bring ideas to life.
  • Develop and evolve our visual language, iconography, typography, motion, and layouts in line with Mastercard’s design system.
  • Build high-fidelity prototypes and reusable components that enhance conversion and consistency.
  • Contribute to presentations and visual storytelling, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Mastercard’s brand DNA.
  • Champion design excellence, accessibility, and innovation across teams.


What you need:

  • 4+ years of experience in visual, UI, or product design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing beautifully crafted interfaces and visual storytelling.
  • Mastery of Figma and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, motion/prototyping tools a plus).
  • Deep understanding of typography, colour, composition, and layout principles.


What’s on offer:

  • €500-€570 per day depending on experience
  • Hybrid working, 3 days on site per week
  • Highly likely for contract to get extended
