Are you passionate about technology and love solving technical challenges—no matter where you are? We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Remote IT Technician to join our global IT team! In this role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot issues remotely, and ensure the reliability and security of our systems across the organization.

As a Remote IT Technician, you’ll act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, offering solutions to hardware, software, and network problems. You’ll also assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, managing user accounts, and supporting system upgrades. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working independently, communicates clearly, and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide remote support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via chat, email, or ticketing systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical incidents using remote access tools
  • Configure and maintain laptops, peripherals, and user accounts across multiple platforms
  • Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure data security compliance
  • Assist with software deployments, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency and user experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting (remote experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (VPNs, firewalls, routers, IP configuration)
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
