Project Manager required for large office fit out contractor in Dublin.

Is a Fit-Out Dublin-based design and build contractor specialising in office fit-outs, refurbishments, and building works. With over 30 years of experience, the company delivers end-to-end project solutions — from concept design and procurement through to construction and handover — typically managing Cat A and Cat B projects valued between €500k and €5m. About Your New Job

Seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Manager to oversee office fit-out projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design & build project delivery, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines within the commercial interiors sector.

Key Responsibilities For This Job

  • Lead the full project life cycle — from initial brief, design development, procurement, construction, and final handover.
  • Coordinate internal design, estimating, and construction teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Oversee on-site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design and specification standards.

Design & Build Coordination

  • Work closely with in-house designers and external consultants to translate client requirements into creative, functional solutions.
  • Facilitate design reviews, ensuring feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Support the design process with value engineering insights and technical input.


What Experience and Skills You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing office fit-out or interior refurbishment projects within a design & build environment.
  • Proven track record delivering projects valued between €250K – €5M+.
  • Strong technical understanding of interior construction methods, building services, and design coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, or equivalent).


Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience €75,000 to €85,000 (DOE)
