👷Construction Project Manager (Consultancy)

💵Salary: €70K – €95K


💼Job Summary:

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Project Manager for our client a project management/engineering consultancy company based in North Dublin. The successful candidate will assit with a multi-million euro apartment building project in Dublin.

📋Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the delivery of complex projects for key clients across various industries, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Defining and driving projects across all stages of the project life cycle.
  • Supporting Senior Management in overseeing and executing project delivery.
  • Project Management.
  • Conducting site inspections.
  • Preparation of reports.
  • Participation in site, client, and contractor meetings.
  • Effective communication with clients and stakeholders.


✅Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ideally a Civil/Structural Engineering Degree but a Building Surveyor or Architectural Technologist background may also be suitable.
  • Ideally 7+ years relevant client side / consultancy experience.
  • Strong technical understanding in design, construction and statutory compliance.
  • Good understanding of building facades and roofing works.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage projects.
  • Requires an excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.
