Position Overview
The Brand & Product Creative Strategist will have the unique opportunity to define and shape from the ground up how Blubrake communicates its technology—transforming innovation into visual emotion. You will be responsible for building the artistic and narrative identity of our brand and products, turning complex technology into clear, inspiring, and emotionally engaging stories. Your work will have a tangible impact on how Blubrake is perceived by customers, riders, partners, and investors—bridging engineering precision with design sensibility and storytelling. As part of the Product & Marketing team, reporting directly to the CEO (acting as CPO), you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to create a coherent, distinctive visual ecosystem across all channels and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Identity
• Define and evolve Blubrake’s visual language and identity system
• Ensure coherence and artistic quality across all visual outputs — from logo use to photography style
• Create and maintain brand guidelines and design templates for internal and external use
Product Communication
• Translate technical product features into clear, engaging, and aesthetically refined visual narratives
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to shape visuals that enhance understanding and appeal
• Develop visual storytelling materials (renders, animations, diagrams, schematics) that highlight product value and innovation
• Skilled in product photography, lighting, and composition; able to direct and edit video shoots highlighting key features, especially in outdoor environment
• Lead the creation of videos, animations, and motion graphics to explain product functionality and technology
Digital & UX/UI
• Design and prototype user journeys and interfaces in Figma
• Visualize product functionality through animations, exploded views, or technical storytelling
• Lead website design and coordination, ensuring usability, accessibility, and responsive layout
• Collaborate with developers (basic HTML/CSS/CMS understanding) to ensure implementation quality
• Supervise external partners for web or video production, ensuring consistent art direction
• Support SEO and digital content structure for an optimized online experience
Marketing & Collateral Creation
• Develop materials supporting sales, dealers and partnerships (presentations, brochures, product sheets)
• Oversee visual assets for website, social media, and events
• Contribute to art direction for photo and video shoots, ensuring a coherent visual storytelling language
Requirements
• 5–10 years of experience in visual communication, brand design, or motion design—preferably in a product-driven company or in a consultancy / marketing agency with product related communication
• Enthusiastic about cycling and e-bike culture, or eager to discover it
• Curious and hands on
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to blend aesthetic excellence with technical storytelling
• Proficiency with design and motion tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), and/or Blender
• Experience designing and producing photo and video content
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and digital brand consistency
• Exceptional attention to detail and sensitivity to composition, typography, and light
• Fluent in English; Italian a plus
