We’re a small, senior-led, multidisciplinary crew that works as a thinking partner: we dig into the real problem and discern what to build, and even more importantly what not to build, then integrate and automate where it brings impact.

We have founded Double Helix Technologies to build what matters with people who care. We help businesses create a healthier, safer, and better organized world by solving IT challenges that truly matter. How we work: short cycles, real user feedback, strong engineering practices, and a culture that rewards curiosity, clarity, and delivery.

🔗 What you will do 🔗

• Work across a multi-stack environment (primary focus on .NET/C#, with exposure to other stacks where useful);
• Your First engagement: support, migrate, and rework parts of existing customer systems (think LIMSes, ERP, and Delivery applications), stabilizing, modernizing, and adjusting to business processes;
• Build and improve integrations, services, and background jobs; replace brittle steps with clearer flows;
• Collaborate with end customers to translate needs into straightforward technical changes;
• Improve reliability with testing, logging and metrics;
• Document what you ship so the next person (including future you) can find their way around solutions faster. 

You’ll start on the modernization/support track above, although new projects are in the pipeline, and strong delivery here opens those doors.

🎯 Who you are 🎯

• You have solid C#/.NET fundamentals (async, DI, unit/integration tests).
• You have some experience with REST APIs, SQL, and basic ETL patterns.
• You are familiar with containers and CI/CD; some Azure (Functions, App Service, Storage) is a plus.
• As a person, you are a team player - you collaborate, share context, and unblock others.
• You have client orientation and clarify the problem first, before designing the simplest solution. You optimize for user outcomes, not ticket counts.
• You challenge assumptions to find the truth and you are not afraid to ask for help early when stuck.
