Their main client operates in the Forex and digital asset trading industry, with a strong presence across CIS and Asian markets.
Role Overview
As a Trading Customer Support Manager, you will be on the front line of resolving complex trading-related issues. Your job will involve analyzing trade anomalies, platform behavior (especially MetaTrader), and ensuring high service standards for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end resolution of complex client inquiries regarding trading operations and platform behavior
- Analyze trade execution, platform behavior, and market data
- Monitor trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader) and identify technical or operational irregularities
- Work closely with the risk and technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of cases and improve internal resolution processes
- Contribute to platform reliability testing and escalate recurring issues
- 2+ years of experience in Forex trading support or operations (B2C experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial markets and MetaTrader platforms
- Fluent in Russian and English (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
